Venue Hire

We have access to some great venues for all your event needs.

The Wagner Hall is a large and versatile space, which can accommodate anything from large conferences and meetings to weddings and theatrical performances.
The high stage area at the far end of the hall makes it ideal for all types of performances and productions. We are also able to offer catering, please discuss your requirements with us at the point of making your booking enquiry. You can find out more about our catering offer here www.thebigfig.co.uk .
The hall currently has a capacity of 225 (150 seated). Hire charges include Wi-Fi. There is also a large enclosed courtyard garden that offers a flexible additional space, which can be used as part of your event. The hall has good access (on street level).

Prices

Daytime Rate (Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30):
£400 for the full day (9 hours)
Daytime Weekend Rate:
£500 for the full day (9 hours)
Evening Rate (6.00 – midnight):
£500 for the evening (6 hours)

Reduced charges can be negotiated if Wagner Hall is hired in conjunction with the Yurt and for consecutive bookings and we provide discounts for social enterprises as part of our social enterprise incubation and support.
The hall is currently using the under floor heating system during winter months and there will be an extra charge for this which we can advise on at the time of your enquiry.

The courtyard garden and yurt offer a truly unique venue in the centre of Brighton with it’s own private entrance. Perfect for birthday parties, weddings, naming ceremonies or an intimate dinner with friends. The courtyard garden has a capacity of 50 with up to 25 people seated in the yurt. In addition to our other menus which we can serve at your yurt garden event, we also offer a range of Yurt Banquet menus and the option of a street food stall.
